Natural Process

Natural Sundried

2020/2021 Crop 

Hand pick the red  cherry beans very carefully  and  cherry in-tact to dry in the sun . The drying  process duration takes based on the whether and the coffee character. the standard moisture is between 10 to 12 %. This process normally takes about 2-6 weeks,   We are  preparing to you different grade level Natural Coffee.

Washed process

Cherry pulping, Fermenting ,washing and drying

Washed coffee is  a wet process the coffee cherry is pulped by a machine, removing the red outer skin of the cherry. Once this is done, the seeds with their mucilage are then fermented in water for 1-2 days, or sometimes longer. we select best quality washed form  professional and long experienced washing station. 

We are  preparing to you different grade level Washed Coffee.
